Martin, Information is there ; http://211611.homepagemodules.de/t512117...Frankreich.html the meeting place "camping moto route 99" has a German version of his site, we chose this place since it is in the middle of France, it will be our first national meeting. it depends on you to turn it into an international one just hope the French site works again soon to get news.
Thierry is a very discret guy and he can't spend a lot of time with the W site and meetings, from what I understood, so I guess we will have to manage the stuff ourselves, that is you, Ursula, Emjey I guess, so 3 or 4 on the German forum and not more on the French one. What I could do is talk of the idea during the French meeting and take it back on the forum to organize the next one in France north-east.

the Vosges are too far north. Uwe and I have already been working on the idea, and the central location that will be fair for both german and french is around Nancy - after all there's people from southern france and northern germans that would like to come, so we really should keep the location in the center - same as we do with the W-Tour in germany... and besides - we will get to see something new, vosgues is more of a "routine" for most of us
ok, I'll come and fetch you and your W with my bus and drop you off 10 km short of the meeting, so you can ride in as a hard man and get the prize for the longest ride
I know, its some 650 km for you, but why do you have to live that far south....

375 km a day are absolutly normal, is it only 30 km in one hour ! Oh yes, I forgot, the french need a lot of time for their meals . And after a bottle of red wine it goes very slowly .
Look at me, I ride together with my wife, so I never will have a problem with this
