It says

Many of carburetor bikes in japan may disappear or become FI due to this tightening of emission regulations(to same level with euro3 : HC:0.3g/km). Test mode will be "cold start style" so carburetor bikes won't be able to pass. It starts from Sep.-08(bikes under production)/Oct.-07(new model).
ZRX1200R,Zephyr750/1100/ZR-7 will disappear. XJR1300 will get FI and survive.(according to bike magazines. Regarding W650 I heard it will get FI instead of carb from kawa shop(as rumor).
edit : XJR1300 with FI officially came out.
