Usually,the clouds come from the atlantic ocean and than climb the norwegian mountains,losing all their water at the westcoast...I remember a holiday in Norway,when it was dry two half days - all the other three weeks it was raining day and night .
Folks told me to go to Sweden,where it should be nice all the time (apart from the midges )!
